Lemongrass Tempeh Skewers
These flavorful skewers are made with marinated tempeh and fresh lemongrass. They're perfect for a summer barbecue or a simple weeknight dinner.

- Skewers - 8
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Lemongrass - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Tempeh - 8 oz, cut into cubes
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the lemongrass, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the tempeh cubes and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Thread the marinated tempeh cubes onto the skewers.
- Brush the grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
