Lamb Kebabs
These flavorful lamb kebabs are marinated in a blend of spices and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Wooden skewers - 8
- Cherry tomatoes - 12
- Red onion - 1, cut into chunks
- Bell peppers - 2, cut into chunks
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Lamb leg or shoulder - 1.5 lbs, cut into 1-inch cubes

- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
