Bacon and Brussels Sprout Skewers
These skewers are a perfect blend of smoky bacon and earthy Brussels sprouts, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Wooden skewers - 8, soaked in water for 30 minutes
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Brussels sprouts - 24, trimmed and halved
- Bacon - 8 slices
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Thread a piece of bacon onto a skewer, then add a Brussels sprout half. Fold the bacon over the Brussels sprout and onto the skewer, add another Brussels sprout half, and repeat until the skewer is filled. Repeat with the remaining skewers.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and the Brussels sprouts are charred.
- Serve the skewers hot.
