Lamb Bhuna

- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - To taste
- Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes - 2, chopped
- Ginger - 1 inch piece, grated
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Onions - 2, finely chopped
- Lamb - 500 grams, diced
Let's Get Started
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the cumin and coriander seeds and fry for a minute until they start to pop.
- Add the onions and cook until they are golden brown.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
- Add the lamb and cook until it is browned on all sides.
- Add the tomatoes, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Cover the pan and simmer for about an hour, or until the lamb is tender and the flavors are well combined.
- Serve the Lamb Bhuna with rice or naan bread.
