Kveite Med Sandefjordsmør

- Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup

- Halibut fillets - 4 (6 ounce)
Let's Get Started
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the halibut and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Return the halibut to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the fillets. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the halibut is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with the chopped parsley before serving.
