Chicken Alfredo Linguine
Creamy and delicious Chicken Alfredo Linguine, perfect for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
- Grated parmesan cheese - 1 cup
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 2, cut into strips
- Linguine - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink in the middle, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
