Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the onions, green chillies, and curry leaves. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
  2. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes away.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  4. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Break the eggs into the pan and scramble them with the masala.
  6. Add the cooked and shredded chicken to the pan and mix well.
  7. Add the shredded parotta and mix everything together. Cook for a few minutes until everything is well combined.
  8. Serve hot with raita or any side dish of your choice.
