Korean Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef slices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until crisp-tender.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli.
  6. Stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
