  1. In a bowl, mix together the gochujang paste, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder to make the sauce.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cornstarch and all-purpose flour.
  4. Dip each marinated chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat it in the flour mixture.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot for frying.
  6. Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
  7. Remove the chicken from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
