Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Cooked bulgogi beef - 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese - 2 cups, shredded
- Korean bbq sauce - 1/2 cup
- Pizza dough - 1 lb
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the Korean BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Top with the cooked bulgogi beef, green onions, and red onion.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- If using a pizza stone, carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated stone. If not, place the pizza on a baking sheet.
