Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the Korean BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Top with the cooked bulgogi beef, green onions, and red onion.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. If using a pizza stone, carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated stone. If not, place the pizza on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  9. Remove from the oven and top with the chopped cilantro and sesame seeds.
  10. Slice and serve immediately.
