Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Place a sheet of seaweed on a bamboo sushi mat.
  3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice evenly over the seaweed, leaving a small border at the top.
  4. Arrange the julienned carrots, cucumber, cooked omelette, ham or beef, and pickled radish in a line across the rice.
  5. Roll the kimbap tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure to secure the filling.
  6. Brush the outside of the rolled kimbap with sesame oil.
  7. Slice the kimbap into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Serve with soy sauce for dipping and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
