This refreshing seaweed salad is made with a variety of seaweed, sesame dressing, and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Toasted sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Mixed seaweed - 4 cups

- Rinse the seaweed under cold water to remove any excess salt.
- In a large bowl, combine the seaweed, cucumber, carrot, red bell pepper, and green onions.
