This keto-friendly shrimp scampi is a delicious and low-carb version of the classic Italian dish.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Zucchini noodles - 4 cups
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- White wine - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
