Let's Get Started

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips.
  9. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the Alfredo sauce.
  10. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the zucchini noodles are tender.
  11. Serve the zucchini noodles topped with the sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
