This crispy and flavorful keto fried chicken is made with a low-carb breading and fried to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Avocado oil - 1 cup, for frying
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Chicken thighs - 8 pieces
Let's Get Started
- In a shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken thigh into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
