- Red curry paste - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, diced
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless, cut into cubes
