Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a few minutes until the raw smell goes away.
  3. Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until it changes color.
  4. Add the peas, garam masala, turmeric, and salt. Cook until the meat is fully cooked and the peas are soft.
  5. Let the keema filling cool down. Meanwhile, fold the samosa wrappers into a cone shape.
  6. Fill the samosa wrappers with the keema filling and seal the edges with a little water.
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, add the samosas and fry until golden brown.
  8. Serve the Keema Samosas hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
