Kartoffelsalat
Kartoffelsalat is a traditional German potato salad made with boiled potatoes, onions, and a tangy dressing.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Bacon - 4 slices, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth - 1/4 cup
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Potatoes - 2 pounds, boiled and diced
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the boiled and diced potatoes and chopped onion.
