Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package.
  2. Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven until golden and crispy.
  3. While the fries are baking, cook the shawarma meat in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  4. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large oven-safe dish.
  5. Top the fries with the cooked shawarma meat and sprinkle the shredded Gouda cheese over the top.
  6. Place the dish back in the oven and bake for a few minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. In the meantime, prepare the toppings by combining the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion in a bowl.
  8. In a separate small bowl, mix together the garlic sauce and Sriracha sauce.
  9. Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  10. Top the cheesy fries and shawarma with the prepared lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
  11. Drizzle the garlic and Sriracha sauce mixture over the top.
  12. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Serve the Kapsalon immediately and enjoy!
