Kansas City Strip Steak
A juicy, tender steak that's seared to perfection and served with a flavorful garlic butter sauce.

- Fresh rosemary - 1 sprig
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Kansas city strip steaks - 2 (12 ounce)
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.
- Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Add the olive oil to the skillet and heat until it's shimmering. Add the steaks and sear on each side for about 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, add the butter, garlic, and rosemary to the skillet. Spoon the melted butter over the steaks as they finish cooking.
