Let's Get Started

  1. Grate the khoya and paneer and mix them together.
  2. Add the flour to the khoya and paneer mixture and knead to make a smooth dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and shape each portion into a round ball.
  4. Heat the ghee in a deep pan and deep fry the balls until they turn dark brown.
  5. In another pan, combine the sugar and water and bring to a boil. Add the cardamom powder and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  6. Add the fried balls to the sugar syrup and let them soak for at least 2 hours before serving.
