Ingredients - Serves 4
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lettuce leaves - 8 large leaves
- Gyoza dumplings - 16 pieces
Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the dipping sauce. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add gyoza dumplings to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Pour water into the skillet and cover with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes to steam the dumplings.
