Beef Bulgogi Wraps
These delicious beef bulgogi wraps are filled with marinated beef, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Tortillas or wraps - 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 4, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Carrots - 1 cup, julienned
- Lettuce leaves - 8
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Beef sirloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced

- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar. Mix well.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
