Jerk Tempeh Wraps

Let's Get Started

  1. Slice the tempeh into thin strips and toss with the jerk seasoning.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the tempeh to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the tempeh from the skillet and set aside.

  6. To assemble the wraps, lay out the whole grain wraps and divide the spinach, tempeh, bell pepper, onion, and avocado evenly among them.
  7. Roll up the wraps, tucking in the sides as you go, and serve.
