Jerk Tempeh

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cut the tempeh into thin slices and rub with the jerk seasoning. Set aside to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the bell peppers to the skillet and cook until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the marinated tempeh to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  5. Drizzle the soy sauce and lime juice over the tempeh and vegetables. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
  6. Serve the jerk tempeh with rice or your favorite side dish.
