Let's Get Started

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, water, egg, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet and spread it evenly to form a thin pancake.
  4. Arrange a few slices of zucchini, green onions, and shrimp on top of the pancake.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown and the shrimp is cooked through.
  7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and ingredients.
  8. Cut the pancakes into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce for dipping.
