  2. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water.
  4. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
  5. Bring the two corners of the triangle together and press to seal, forming a dumpling shape.
  6. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  7. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
  8. Add the dumplings and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
  9. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
  10. In a separate pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
  11. Add the green onions and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  12. Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
  13. Serve the dumplings with the sauce for dipping.
