Bok Choy and Shrimp Dumplings
These delicious dumplings are filled with a combination of bok choy and shrimp, creating a flavorful and satisfying appetizer.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Wonton wrappers - 24 wrappers
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Shrimp - 1 cup, peeled and deveined
- Bok choy - 2 cups, finely chopped

- In a large bowl, combine the bok choy, shrimp, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water.
- Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
- Bring the two corners of the triangle together and press to seal, forming a dumpling shape.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
- In a separate pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the green onions and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
- Serve the dumplings with the sauce for dipping.
