Japchae Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the sweet potato glass noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add more vegetable oil if needed. Stir-fry the carrots, spinach, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms until tender.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and beef back to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes to combine all the ingredients.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
