- Cabbage - 2 cups, shredded
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup

Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

- Transfer the cooked cutlets to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes to ensure they are fully cooked.
- While the cutlets are baking, prepare the vegetables by shredding the cabbage, julienned the carrots, and slicing the green onions.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Spread a spoonful of tonkatsu sauce on each tortilla.
- Place a cooked pork cutlet on top of the sauce.
- Add a handful of shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and sliced green onions on top of the pork cutlet.
- Drizzle more tonkatsu sauce over the vegetables.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Serve the Japanese Tonkatsu Wraps immediately and enjoy!
