- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Sake - 1/4 cup
- Mirin - 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
