Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the dried matsutake mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain and slice them.
  2. In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add the sliced matsutake mushrooms to the boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, mirin, and salt to taste.
  5. Add the green onions, tofu, and soaked wakame seaweed to the pot.
  6. Simmer for another 5 minutes, or until the tofu is heated through.
  7. Serve the matsutake soup hot and enjoy!
