Fried Tofu in Broth
This is a simple and delicious recipe for fried tofu served in a savory broth.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ginger - 1 inch piece, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Vegetable broth - 4 cups
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Tofu - 1 block, pressed and cut into cubes
