- Sour cream - 4 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, shredded
- Cream cheese - 4 tablespoons
- Jalapeño peppers - 2, seeded and diced
- Bacon - 4 slices, cooked and crumbled
- Eggs - 4
- Flour tortillas - 2 large
