Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the thinly sliced meat. Cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper to the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Cut the pita bread into small pieces and place them at the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Pour the meat and sauce mixture over the pita bread.
  6. Drizzle the melted sheep butter over the top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve the Iskender Kebap hot, with a side of yogurt.
