Indian Spiced Seafood Linguine

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder and cook for another minute.
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook until they break down and form a sauce, about 10 minutes.
  6. Add the seafood and cook until it is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in the coconut milk and bring the sauce to a simmer.
  8. Season with salt to taste.
  9. Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce until it is well coated.
  10. Serve the linguine garnished with coriander leaves.
