- Sushi rice - 2 cups, cooked

- Salmon roe - 1 cup

- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying pressure evenly across the roll. Wet the top margin of the nori and seal the roll.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve the ikura with soy sauce and wasabi on the side.
