Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Slice the Spam into 8 equal pieces.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, fry the Spam slices until they are crispy and browned.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Brush the soy sauce mixture onto the fried Spam slices.
  5. Place a Spam slice on top of a block of rice, then sprinkle with furikake.
  6. Wrap the nori around the Spam and rice, sealing it with a little bit of water.
  7. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Serve the Spam musubi warm or at room temperature.
