Let's Get Started

- In another bowl, combine the cornstarch and flour.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge the marinated squid tentacles in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Fry the squid tentacles in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with lemon wedges.
