- Clean the fish and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large, deep saucepan to 375°F.
- Dredge the fish in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
