- Chicken - 1 kg
Let's Get Started
- Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until they turn golden brown.

- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on high heat for 10 minutes.
- Cover the pan, reduce the heat to low, and let it cook for another 20 minutes.
