Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Capers - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Halibut fillets - 4 (6 ounce)
Let's Get Started
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the halibut and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
