Haddock Chowder

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the potatoes and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Add the haddock to the pot and cook until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the chowder is heated through.
  6. Serve the chowder hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
