Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of a gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and crimp the edges to seal.
  3. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and pork mixture.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the gyoza and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  6. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan, cover, and steam the gyoza until the water has evaporated and the gyoza are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve the gyoza with soy sauce for dipping.
