- Skewers - 6, soaked in water
- Salt and pepper - To taste

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Mushrooms - 8 ounces, halved
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup
- Red onion - 1, cut into chunks
- Bell peppers - 2, cut into chunks
- Zucchini - 2 medium, sliced
