Grilled Tempeh Skewers

- Red onions - 1, cut into chunks
- Bell peppers - 2, cut into chunks
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

- Soy sauce - 1/2 cup
- Tempeh - 1 pound, cut into cubes
