Grilled Tempeh Salad

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Balsamic vinaigrette - 1/4 cup
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
- Mixed greens - 8 cups
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tempeh - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush the tempeh with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the tempeh for 5 minutes on each side, or until it has nice grill marks.
