Grilled Sea Bass
A simple and delicious grilled sea bass recipe with a lemon butter sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sea bass fillets - 4 (6 ounce)
Let's Get Started
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush both sides of the sea bass fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the fillets skin side down for about 5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is grilling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the lemon juice and parsley and stir to combine.
- Remove the fish from the grill and drizzle with the lemon butter sauce before serving.
