Grilled Sea Bass

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush both sides of the sea bass fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the fillets skin side down for about 5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While the fish is grilling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the lemon juice and parsley and stir to combine.
  5. Remove the fish from the grill and drizzle with the lemon butter sauce before serving.
