  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to make the marinade.
  2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat the paneer evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Thread marinated paneer cubes, bell peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
  5. Brush the skewers with oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer and vegetables are lightly charred and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
