- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Mushrooms - 1 pound, whole
