- Lime wedges - For serving
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Cabbage - 2 cups, shredded
- Corn tortillas - 8
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 1/4 cup
- White fish fillets - 1 lb
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
